VISA OPTIONS
Temporary Residence Visas
These include Subclass 457; Business Short Stay Visas (subclass 456); Occupational Training Visas and those for Working Holidays and Sports/Entertainment purposes.
Temporary Business Visas – subclass 457.
A program for employers to sponsor approved skilled workers to work in Australia on a temporary visa. Employers can nominate a number of positions for different occupations under the same sponsorship application. The visa is valid for 3 months to 4 years depending on the length of the employment contract. Application for this is a 3 step process with the first 2 steps involving the employer more than the candidate. Firstly, the employer becomes a sponsor and then nominates the candidate for a position. The final step is for the candidate to apply for their visa.
With a significant number of our clients applying for 457 visas, we have a depth of experience in the application procedures and processes. You can download the attached document to give you a more detailed overview or contact us for more information.
Business Short Stay Visas – subclass 456.
