With Australia experiencing low unemployment and skills shortages, many of our clients are looking internationally to fill their positions. If you want to consider employing overseas candidates, this process is obviously more involved than with a local recruitment and includes issues such as work permits etc. However, many of our clients have been able to find candidates more suited to the position they are looking to fill by considering overseas applicants. In addition, positions that they have been unable to fill within Australia after much time & effort have also been successfully filled by our internationally sourced candidates.
